1. Quran 2:153

“O you who believe! Seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.”

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ

اے ایمان والو! صبر اور نماز کے ذریعے مدد حاصل کرو۔ بے شک اللہ صبر کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے۔

2. Quran 3:200

“O you who have believed, persevere and endure and remain stationed and fear Allah that you may be successful.”

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اصْبِرُوا وَصَابِرُوا وَرَابِطُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

5. Hadith on Sabr

“How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for his affairs are all good, and this applies to no one but the believer. If something good happens to him, he is thankful for it and that is good for him. If something bad happens to him, he bears it with patience and that is good for him.” (Muslim)

عَجَبًا لِأَمْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ، إِنَّ أَمْرَهُ كُلَّهُ خَيْرٌ، وَلَيْسَ ذَاكَ لِأَحَدٍ إِلَّا لِلْمُؤْمِنِ، إِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ سَرَّاءُ شَكَرَ فَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ، وَإِنْ أَصَابَتْهُ ضَرَّاءُ صَبَرَ فَكَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ

مومن کے معاملے میں کتنی عجیب بات ہے، اس کے تمام معاملات اچھے ہیں، اور یہ بات صرف مومن پر لاگو ہوتی ہے۔ اگر اسے کوئی اچھی چیز ملتی ہے تو وہ شکر ادا کرتا ہے اور یہ اس کے لیے اچھا ہے۔ اگر اسے کوئی بری چیز ملتی ہے تو وہ صبر کرتا ہے اور یہ اس کے لیے اچھا ہے۔

6. Quran 2:155-157

“And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient, Who, when disaster strikes them, say, ‘Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.’ Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided.”

وَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُم بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ الْخَوْفِ وَالْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِّنَ الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَنفُسِ وَالثَّمَرَاتِ وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ ۝ الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالُوا إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ ۝ أُولَٰئِكَ عَلَيْهِمْ صَلَوَاتٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَرَحْمَةٌ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُهْتَدُونَ

اور ہم ضرور تمہیں کچھ خوف، بھوک، مال، جانوں اور پھلوں کی کمی سے آزمائیں گے، اور صبر کرنے والوں کو خوشخبری دو، جو جب انہیں کوئی مصیبت پہنچتی ہے تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم اللہ کے ہیں اور ہمیں اسی کی طرف لوٹنا ہے۔ یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن پر ان کے رب کی طرف سے برکتیں اور رحمت ہے اور یہی ہدایت یافتہ ہیں۔

7. Quran 13:24

“Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home.”

سَلَامٌ عَلَيْكُم بِمَا صَبَرْتُمْ فَنِعْمَ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ

تمہارے صبر کے بدلے تم پر سلام ہے۔ اور آخرت کا گھر کیا ہی اچھا ہے۔

8. Quran 16:96

“What is with you must vanish, and what is with Allah will endure. And We will surely give those who were patient their reward according to the best of what they used to do.”
